Help! My order won’t go through! What do I do?

1st: Check your credit card information, including billing and shipping address. It has to be perfect. Also, our payment processor only accepts Visa cards!

2nd: What browser are you using? Is it updated to the latest version?

3rd: There’s no rush to click more than once, we wouldn’t want you to accidentally order twice.

4th: If it is still acting weird, send us an email at rachael@themendico.com, and we’ll try to help you as quickly as possible.

Can I contact you any other way than email?

For right now, we’re only able to respond to inquiries via email, but we promise we’ll make it good. We want to hear from you!

Umm, I need to change something went wrong with my order. Can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away at rachael@themendico.com. We process orders as fast as possible, and once your product is shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

So, when will my products ship?

Typically, we pick, pack, and ship all products within a few days, but some of our products are made-to-order, so it can take a little longer to make something special for you! Shipping times may vary due to availability but we’ll keep you posted. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Hey, I think my order was cancelled?

Well, that wasn’t expected. However, strange things happen and it's possible the item you ordered may have become out of stock and is no longer available. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 1-3 business days about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. Sound good? Hope so!

How much is shipping?

You can choose your shipping option; i.e. first class, priority 2-day, priority 1-day, etc.

Are you shipping internationally?

No, we are only shipping CBD products within the United States.

Does Mendi ship to all U.S. states?

There are some states where hemp CBD products are still in the ‘grey’ area, so you should research your own state’s policies to find out if they have opted into the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill.

Refund & Return Policy

Okay, for real people. Mendi products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. Your choice to purchase our products is based upon your own opinions regarding any benefits our products may provide. We promise to provide you with as many educational resources as possible, so you can make the best decision for you. 

Mendi products purchased through this website include a 10-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please complete the return form included with your package or contact us at rachael@themendico.com and return the unused portion of your product. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return for your Mendi product is postmarked within 10 days from purchase, we will issue a full refund.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are quality tested and inspected, before they leave our fulfillment center. Upon delivery of your order, please check your product to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. Please contact us and provide detailed information on your return form for any product damages during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be submitted to rachael@themendico.com within 48 hours from delivery and you must fill out the return form if you want to ship your items back for a full refund. Please also include the order slip in your return package! 

Return of Retail Purchase

Retailers, listen up. If you purchased a Mendi product from a physical location, please refer to the return policy for the location from which you purchased your product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased directly from the Mendi Company website. That would just be craziness!

Shipping Policy

Panacea Life Sciences fulfills all online orders for the Mendi Company, they may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Certain Mendi products may not be available in your region. If a Mendi product is not available, you will not be able to submit your order at checkout. For shipments within the United States, you should expect your order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Please contact us at hello@themendico.com with any questions about your shipment.

You are responsible for checking your order for damage upon receiving it. All claims for damaged products must be submitted to rachael@themendico.com within 48 hours.
